Fun Factory Kauai is currently hiring friendly, energetic, and reliable Customer Service Representatives for both full-time and part-time positions.

Pay: $16–$18 per hour, depending on qualifications.

We’re looking for team members who enjoy working with people and can help create a fun and welcoming experience for our guests. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, cash handling, stocking merchandise, inventory, checking and troubleshooting arcade games, and keeping the arcade clean and organized.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, previous customer service experience, basic math skills, and be able to lift at least 25 pounds. Availability for days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays is important. A high school diploma or equivalent, driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.

Full-time employees may be eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance.
