Join Kukui Grove the Kala Foundation and community partners for The Kaua’i ‘Ukulele Festival on Sunday, April 13th from 11am til 4pm.
Kauaʻi ʻUkulele Festival is a celebration of all things ’ukulele. There will be ʻukulele related merchants, Hawaiian cultural activities and games along with live entertainment featuring well known and emerging artists alongside ‘ukulele students and community groups to kanikapila. Featured performers include Aldrine Guerrero and Aaron Nakamura, Ohana Ni’ihau, Kimo Hussey and Ned Dana, Na Kani Le’a “The B 3 Band”, Kapaʻa Middle School Choir and ‘Ukulele band and community ‘ukulele groups from across Kaua’i.
‘Ukulele players will find an unmatched selection of vendors focused on the instrument and the art alongside an islandwide community groups to talk story plus a Silent Auction. Beginners will find opportunities to get involved, including mini ‘ukulele lessons from the stage to start and a fun kanikapila where all are invited to join in at the end of the day.
