2026 Halloween Festival & Costume Contest

It’s Spooky Season and the annual tradition is back! Join Kukui Grove for a celebration of Halloween with a keiki costume contest and trick or treating on Saturday, October 31st from 10am – 2pm.

TRICK OR TREAT BAGS SOLD OUT! But we encourage you to come anyway and check in with KONG Radio at the KONG Tent at 11am for unclaimed bags.

Halloween Costume KONG-test registration is closed and full! We are so excited to see your costumes!!

Enjoy the day with special Halloween entertainment, Trick or Treating throughout the center, Showtime Characters, and Live entertainment center stage, all at The Place to Be!!

Schedule of Events:

9:30am: Registration starts – KONG Radio tent near Center Stage (Food Court)

10am: Welcome (on stage), Showtime Characters & Introduce Judges

10:15am: Costume KONG-test – Ages 1 & under (no howl KONG-test)

10:30am: Costume KONG-test – Ages 2 – 3 ( + howl KONG-test)

10:40am: Monster Mash Dance KONG-test with Showtime Characters

10:50am: Costume KONG-test – Ages 4 – 5 ( + howl KONG-test)

11:00am: Costume KONG-test – Ages 6 – 7 ( + howl KONG-test)

11:10am: Costume KONG-test – Ages 8 – 10 ( + howl KONG-test)

11:20am: Costume KONG-test – Ages 11 – 13 ( + howl KONG-test)

11:30am – 12pm: Kapaa MS Choir & Ukulele Band

12:30pm – 2pm: Live Band – The Goats
